PRICING

Cool Cubes, Litecubes come in two pricing tiers. Red, Yellow, Orange, Blue, White, Green and Pink are tier one, and the Rainbow Lites are tier two.  Specialty Lite's will be in their own pricing group.  When mixing colors, please refer to the supplied product charts.

PRODUCTION TIME

-Blank cubes, when in stock, can be shipped in two (2) days.
-Pad printing takes two (2) weeks from approval of artwork.
-Inserts will be available in three (3) weeks and then transit time from Hong Kong.
-Ordering info: Orders accepted online or by fax, mail or email.

Proofs:
-Fax Proof: N/C
-Online Proof: N/C
-Production Proof: $400.00 Insert cube production sample available upon request.  Please allow three (3) weeks.

-Speculative Sample: $350.00 Please allow three weeks.
-Rush Service: $55.00.
-Minimum Order: 144 Cubes. Mixed colors have a $10.00 mixed case fee per order with a minimum of 24 cubes per color.
-PMS Matches: Every effort will be made to ensure as close a match as possible. Once light is activated colors will vary from original PMS.

BILLING

-All orders must submit prepayment with order. Production will not occur until all credit issues are settled.
-Returns: Customer Service must be notified of any quality issues within 5 business days of receipt of order. Returns will only be accepted with a valid Return Authorization Number.
-Over and Under Runs: We reserve the right to ship 5-7% over or under the quantity ordered and bill accordingly. If no overrun is acceptable, an under run may occur.
-Cancellation:  $100.00 plus cost of all work in process up to that point.

-Collections:  Accounts requiring collection will be liable for all associated costs.

-COD Shipments: Not available
-Export Shipments: Terms and conditions to be agreed upon at time of order and before production begins.

Digital Artwork

ACCEPTABLE ART

All art should be sent as a digital vector art EPS  file, either by email or disk. When sending art, please list a contact name, phone number, and Purchase Order Number. Email logos to: Coolcubesllc@aol.com  If sending by disc, please provide hard copy printout. Accepted disks: CD-R (preferred) or 100MB Zip disk.

Only vector art EPS files are acceptable! No TIF, JPG, BMP, GIF, PDF or EXE files accepted.
-For Mac: Adobe Illustrator EPS - Version 8.0 or earlier.
Supply all used suitcase fonts and printer fonts.
-For PC: Adobe Illustrator EPS - Version 8.0 or earlier.
Supply all used fonts.

UNACCEPTABLE ART

Any artwork that is not computerized including hand-drawn sketches, faxes, photocopies, or business cards. No files in TIF, JPG, BMP, GIF, PDF, EXE format accepted.

Setup Charges

LITECUBE FOUR COLOR INSERT

-$65.00 one time set up fee.

-Pre-production off-set printed samples are an additional charge (Add one week to production time).
-Not available on orders of 6-8 weeks or less.

COLOR MATCHING

-Color corrections to artwork are an additional $75.00 per revision plus $80.00 for revised samples (add one week to production time).
-Not available on orders of 6-8 weeks or less.

LITECUBE PAD PRINTING

-$65.00 per logo setup charge.  $45.00 for re-orders.  $0.35 for first side, $0.30 per additional sides printed.

-Pre-production pad printed samples are additional charge (Add one week to production time).
-Not available on orders of two weeks or less.
